I recently became a home owner and would like to thank Silvia Lopez for her services in the transaction of the purchase of my first home. As first time home buyer, it was a very confusing and sometimes frustrating process for me. I was very inexperienced in the whole homebuying process, and many of the steps in it were hard to grasp for me. Thanks to Silvia and the team of professionals that helped me, I was finally able to buy my first home, a place I could call my own. They guided me in the right path toward owning a home.
I want to thank Silvia Lopez for making my loan possible. When I thought the odds were against me, she showed me that there was a way. Her vast knowledge of her trade made my loan happen. She was on top of everything and made the qualifying process make sense, which is one of the things that us first time homebuyers struggle with. Silvia explained everything in a simple way that I could understand and not feel lost in the words.
