Community

Investing in our community.

Giving back to our community is something that Wheatland Bank and its employees have always done.  We believe in helping make our communities be the very best places to live and work, and we are proud to serve area non-profit organizations.

If you would like your organization to be considered for a donation or sponsorship, please drop off your request at your local branch or contact your local branch. Our community-giving committee meets monthly and reviews every request. Be sure to include a current copy of your organization's W-9.

(Spokane, WA) – Wheatland Bank is pleased to announce that on behalf of their 277 employees and directors, the Bank will be donating $50,000 to the Innovia Foundation to help provide direct financial support towards the wildfire relief efforts in Spokane and throughout Eastern Washington. Donations to Innovia are also being accepted at all 26 Wheatland Bank branch locations around Eastern Washington.

"As a local community bank, we have seen firsthand the devastation and hardship that the wildfire disasters in Spokane and Eastern Washington have caused our communities, and we wanted to help those in need. We are pleased to make this donation to the Innovia Foundation to help support families who have lost their homes, and need financial assistance,” said Susan M. Horton, Wheatland Bank President and CEO. "As a local community bank, serving exclusively Eastern Washington, we want to be part of the solution and recovery efforts, and this donation will provide us with a basis to begin assisting the communities with their immediate needs."
