Kathleen was beyond amazing! She was highly communicative and kept us updated throughout the entire process - she contacted us proactively. If we had a question or concern, Kathleen was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. We appreciated that she was available by phone, text, or email. Kathleen kept everything on track and we were able to close by our target date. We also enjoyed Wheatland's online portal for the mortgage application process. It was pretty easy to use and far more modern than some of the clunky tools we saw from other lenders. Overall, we are very happy to have worked with Kathleen and Wheatland. We would absolutely work with them again in the future for other lending needs, refinancing, etc.
