Dave was very communicative and attentive to ensure that the entire process was smooth. I think the home buying process is complicated, and our situation wasn't easy because of the fact that we still had a home, and we were coming from different states and so-on. Dave made it happen!

Dave was a rockstar. We had a difficult case, but he never gave up and found a way to make things work for us. There were plenty of speed bumps and hiccups along the way, but I can't fault Dave for any of that. I would imagine any other bank would have just denied our application and moved on to the low hanging fruit.
